Relaxing, rejuvenating, energizing and fun

Do you feel like you get easily out of balance? At Brighton Hatha Yoga we alternate strengthening and softening movements of the whole body with various postures in a relaxed tempo. We move and breathe to feel better. We balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain. We work with different variations depending on current health states.

Through conscious breathing and meditation, we release tension and return to the harmonious space of the present moment. This way we build a balanced body, mind and spirit, and a healthy relationship with ourselves, empowering us to overcome obstacles, and strengthening our self-esteem.

Each class is original and creative and uses music. Occasionally we will explore our voices by chanting beautiful mantras or dance to bring flow into our movements.
